General meetings and election of SASFA Steering Committee

A general meeting of the members of SASFA will be held each year. It shall be chaired by the chairman of the SASFA Steering Committee incumbent at the time of the start of the meeting or, in his/her absence, by somebody elected by the meeting.

Members will get at least 3 weeks’ notice of the meeting.
