SASFA Steering Committee

All Major Material Supplier members of SASFA will be entitled to nominate a person to serve on the SASFA Steering Committee.

A further number of people, with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8, will be elected at the annual general meeting from the representatives of the member companies of SASFA.

The Executive Director of the SAISC will ex officio be a member of the SASFA Steering Committee.

The SASFA Steering Committee, consisting of the elected, nominated and ex officio members, will elect a chairman from their own number. They may also co-opt up to three people, who may not necessarily be employees of member companies, and such co-opted people will then become ordinary members of the SASFA Steering Committee.
