Termination

SASFA will be terminated if either the SASFA Steering Committee or the SAISC Board decides that it should be terminated.

On termination of SASFA, all surplus funds deemed to belong to the Association or intended to be employed for the pursuit the objectives of SASFA, will be refunded to members pro-rata to their contributions.
