SASFA welcomes contact from provincial authorities, software suppliers, licensed bookmakers, technical specialists and organisations working in conformity assessment.

Current limitation. SASFA is not yet SANAS-accredited or licensed as a national testing agent. A discussion, pilot or developmental review is not an accredited statutory test.

What to include

  • Your role: regulator, bookmaker, software supplier, technical specialist or another stakeholder.
  • The purpose: laboratory establishment, intended scope, method development, pilot participation or a future submission.
  • The product: the wagering or record-keeping system involved and who supplies and operates it.
  • The jurisdiction: the relevant provincial licence or authority, where applicable.
  • The timing: any planned application, certification or deployment milestone.

Do not send source code, credentials, vulnerability details or other confidential technical evidence through this form.

Complaints about a licensed operator should go to the operator first and then to the provincial authority that issued its licence.
