SASFA is being built, and the most useful thing right now is people who know something the coalition does not.
Who we are looking for
- Technology — people who have built gambling platforms, games, RNGs, verification systems or identity infrastructure, particularly for the fairness and software-integrity standards
- Research — researchers working on gambling behaviour, harm or consumer understanding
- Player support — counsellors, NGOs and organisations working with people affected by gambling harm
- Industry — operators and suppliers willing to engage seriously with published standards
- Policy — people with regulatory or public-policy experience
- Comment on a draft — all seven standards are open

If you need help with gambling
SASFA is a policy and standards organisation and cannot provide counselling or support. The National Responsible Gambling Programme can, free and confidentially: 0800 006 008, or SMS 076 675 0710 for a call back.
SASFA cannot intervene in a dispute between a player and an operator, and has no power to investigate or rule on one. Complaints about a licensed operator should go to the operator first and then to the provincial board that licenses it.
